Delivery Area

We currently offer local delivery within the following areas:

Mason, Deerfield Township, West Chester, Blue Ash, Loveland, Montgomery, and nearby surrounding Cincinnati areas.

If you are unsure whether your address is covered, please contact us before placing your order.
Orders outside our delivery area may be declined or may require an additional delivery fee.

Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed, and may vary due to traffic, weather, or order volume.
During peak seasons (such as holidays), delivery availability and cut-off times may change. Any updates will be clearly noted on the product page or at checkout.


Order Cut-Off Times

To ensure quality and proper preparation, we follow strict order cut-off times:

  • Same-day delivery
    Orders must be placed before 1:00 PMΒ on the delivery date.
  • Next-day delivery
    Orders placed after the cut-off time will be scheduled for delivery on the next available day.

Orders received outside of business hours will be processed the following day.

Seasonal Availability & Substitutions

Flowers are natural and seasonal. While we strive to match the photos as closely as possible, exact replication is not guaranteed.

Each arrangement is designed with seasonal flowers and natural variation in mind.
While exact flower varieties may vary, we carefully select substitutions of similar tone and character to preserve the spirit of the original design.

Returns & Damaged Items

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

If your arrangement arrives damaged or in poor condition, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and its packaging. Claims submitted after this time frame may not be accepted.

Upon review, and if the issue is confirmed to be caused during delivery or handling, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A partial refund
  • A replacement arrangement of similar value
  • Store credit

Natural variations, minor imperfections, or differences due to seasonal flower substitutions are not considered damage.

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for issues caused by incorrect delivery information, recipient unavailability, or improper care after delivery.
