Thank you for shopping with us. We take great care in preparing and delivering our floral arrangements. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Order Issues & Quality Concerns

Because flowers are perishable, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, we want to make it right.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your flowers arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at susy@quietbloomfloral.com within 24 hours of delivery at  with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the arrangement and packaging

We will evaluate the issue and, at our discretion, offer one of the following:

  • A replacement arrangement

  • Store credit

  • A partial or full refund

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
